Refund policy

Cape & Cotton has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Email support@capeandcotton.com to request a return. If accepted, return instructions and a return shipping label will be provided. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact support promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
